Tranz mv theory:
Okay so I just got a shower (sorry if that’s tmi) and this just came to me.
At the very end of the new mv the 2D puppet thing falls limp to the floor and the background ‘turns off’ revealing a green screen.
Everyone noticed that the other band memebers (minus Ace) were acting a little off.
1. Noodle dyed her hair orange
2. Noodle was always facing the camera
3. Noodle looked bored out of her mind and stayed completely still. In her chat she seems bubbly and uses a lot of emojis (this can be argued that she’s upset about Murdoc though)
4. Russel was as happy as can be. This is odd becasue in humility he was upset and took that out on 2D or tripped him to get rid of his possession problem I guess. Also noodle said something in her chat about Russel trying to put the world back together or something like that, so he should be more frustrated.
What I’m getting at here is that maybe Noodle and Russel, maybe Ace too, weren’t in the video. They were greenscreened in, which would explain why 2D was alone at the end when the background turned off. Somewhere along the line they messed Noodle’s hair up, which explains why it’s orange. Also maybe they only have a model of her where she faces forward. They also portrayed Russel as being happy. Maybe Ace was always there or maybe they put him in with the green screen too. (Or maybe Ace is in control and put them in with the greenscreen while he controls 2D but that’s a whole other theory)
Like maybe Noodle is still MIA so she can’t be in there or both Noodle and Russel are upset with 2D and refused to perform with him becasue they realized that he’s possessed.
2D, realizing that he can’t do another music video by himself (the fans would be disappointed) just pretended that they were there. With no guidance, except for whatever’s in him, he made the end of the video… like that and no one could complain. Or maybe everyone in the band is fucked rn (ex: Noodle being missing) and possessed 2D wanted to show everyone with this new video that everyone’s okay with green screen effects when really it’s all a lie.
That’s my theory, don’t take it too seriously I just came up with it in the shower.
